Paperless Document Delivery
Here's how it works
Although many companies have offered the option for policyholders to request eSlips (electronic pink slips for mobile phones) for a few years now, we would like to extend the option for you to receive insurance documents via eDelivery. This solution (also made available through CSIO’s My Proof of Insurance) sends emails directly to the policyholder with the co-branded insurance documents attached as PDF’s, in lieu of paper documents sent through Canada Post mail. For auto policies, this includes a PDF version of the auto liability certificates – a popular option for those who prefer to print something for their glove box rather than rely solely on an eSlip download to their phone.
